METHOD
After marinating the meat place on skewers, alternating with button mushrooms.
Grill in oven or over open fire, taking care that meat remains pink inside.

Serve

Ingredients
Fillets of mutton cut into 1" squares from thick slices
Marinate (12 hours), in:
Olive oil, lemon juice, salt, chopped onions.
Parsley, crushed pepper corns and juniper berries
One crushed clove of garlic
Dash of red wine
