Pork Chops

Beat chops slightly
Place in a well heated frying pan and brown for 3 minutes on each side. Salt and pepper them - add a large piece of butter to the pan and leave them to fry for a further minute on each side. Remove the cutlets and place them on a warming plate.

MUSTARD SAUCE
Mix equal quantities of wine and cream with the mustard
Pour into the pan that has cooked the cutlets and cook fast until boiling
Pour this sauce over the cutlets

Serve
Serve with potato chips and green peas.

INGREDIENTS

One Medium thick pork chop per person


MUSTARD SAUCE

Sweet Red wine
Sour cream
Tble spoon of mustard
