Wooden spoon, Strainer, peeler, Mixing Bowl (rounded base), Cutting
board, Whisk, Grater, Biscuit funnel (cloth), POTS
Anything will do but minimum is;
Large Steamer - couscous/Double boiler [see WOK],
Large Skillet/ Fry pan with lid,
Small pancake size heavy base fry pan/rounded corners for pancake)
Medium size pot
Small sauce pot
WOK that suits lid size of large pot PANS
Large oven size pan with hanging basket & lid
150 dia by 75 high (loose bottom) cake tin.
Fish platter at least 40cm long.
Earthenware casserole with lid.
Fondue set, warmer & forks (double as crab forks)
Medium Bread Tins (loaf) TABLE
Must be well done, as follows;
CLOTH; Heirloom but clean.
Settings; The full treatment, soup/start, fish, meat, sweet, rose (red)
vase, Wine glasses and all instruments possible.

1 Cup = 250ml or 1/4 pint or 150g(Flour)
1/2 cup = 4 oz = 110 g (butter)
1/4 cup = 4 Tb/sp = 60 ml
Tb/sp = Table spoon = 15 g
t/sp = tea spoon = 5 g
1 lb. = 454 g
1oz = 28g
4oz = 100g or 250ml(flour)
8oz = 225g
12oz = 350g
16oz = 450g
