BEEF STROGANOFF METHODFry the onions in butter until tender but do not brown Add meat and leave the whole to fry for 1 minute on each side Add pepper, salt and plenty of sour cream Stir well Bring to a boil and serve. Serve With boiled potatoes or mash, sugared carrots and minted green peas.
