SPECIAL POACHED EGGS
 (Honeymooners Delight)

Method
Add two egg yolks to cooled sauce with a little nutmeg, chopped ham and grated Parmesan cheese.
Add the poached eggs well covered by sauce - cover with butter flakes and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
Bake in oven for five minutes.

Garnish with parsley
