Fried Banana

Method
Peel bananas and cut in half  length wise.

Fry on each side in butter add liquid honey and a dash of rum.

Flame and place immediately  on warm plates splashed with the burning liquid.

Sprinkle with the ground almonds or pistachio nuts.
