METHOD
After marinating the meat place on skewers, alternating with button
mushrooms.
Grill in oven or over open fire, taking care that meat remains pink
inside.
Serve
With a good selection of fresh salad.

Ingredients
Fillets of mutton cut into 1" squares from thick slices
Marinate (12 hours), in:
Olive oil, lemon juice, salt, chopped onions.
Parsley, crushed pepper corns and juniper berries
One crushed clove of garlic
Dash of red wine
Button mushrooms |
