Method
Mix dry ingredients
Add in pre-mixed remainder to form a stiff batter.
Drop small table spoons into deep fat and fry for 3-5 min until golden brown
Keep warm on grease proof paper on warmer.
Serve
Serve with thick slices of fried ham and maple syrup
