STIR FRY
Method
Vegetable
Cut all hard vegetables into
thin strips 40mm long
Meat Stir Fry
Cut meat into thin strips about 40mm in length.
Marinade in soy sauce for 2 or 3 hours
Good wok is a must with a strong open flame fire.
Stir fry vegetables and then meat in little hot
vegetable oil
For Chinese use a few drops of sesame seed oil.
For Hawaiian use coconut oil & add pineapple to veg.
Sauce
Sweet and Sour or Hosine
Serve on a bed of white rice or noodles with
soy sauce on the side.
