FISH CURRY
METHOD
Soak tamarind in 2
cups hot water, strain and sieve in clean bowl.
Add tomatoes, spring onion, garlic, salt, sugar, Masala and turmeric.
Heat oil, add mustard seed, when it
starts popping add l t\sp. cumin seed, sliced onion and brown.
Add tamarind gravy and bring to the boil until thick, plus,
minus 20 min.
Add fish and cook slowly plus minus ½ hour.

10 Spring Onions
1 Tb\sp. Ghee (butter)
