ONION SOUP
You need 4 oven proof soup bowls
Method
Braise onion rings in butter,
Add chicken stock, boil for 15min
Season to taste
Pour boiling soup into preheated bowls
Lay croutons on soup
Cover thickly with cheese
Place under grill until cheese is golden

4 Medium ONIONS
(Sliced into thin rings)
one Chicken STOCK CUBE (dissolve in 1.5 lt.
water)
Croutons-4
Slices BREAD
(remove crust cut into cubes and toasted in oven)
250g CHEESE (grated)
Table spoon BUTTER
