METHOD;
Warm soup bowls
Heat soup (do NOT boil).
SERVE;
Add mouthful of sherry,
Put into soup bowls,
Pour cream over back of spoon
onto the surface of each serving (be arty),
DECORATE;
Dust with Paprika,
Sprig of parsley
