BARTLETT PEARS
Method
SAUCE
Melt Black chocolate in baking dish and add as much milk or
cream as necessary to form a thick sauce.
SERVE
Place a portion of vanilla ice cream in individual glass
dishes and cover each with a pear.
Cover this with the thick very hot chocolate sauce and
serve immediately.
