SHORT BREAD

METHOD
Beat butter until fluffy 

Add dry ingredients mixing well
Roll out to required thickness
About 2cm is good

Bake at 300 deg F for ˝ an hour

NOTE:
Be careful not to brown

Sprinkle with castor sugar eat hot or cold with thick cream and berry confection (jam).
