Asparagus Quiche

Method

Base
Mix together and press into quiche dish or pie dish till smooth bottom and sides

Filling
layer asparagus in pie crust
Beat egg with milk and add salt and pepper to taste
Pour egg mixture over asparagus in pie dish.
Bake at 200deg.C for 25-30 min

Serve hot wedges with salad.

1 cup  flour
half cup  margarine
half cup  cheese (SOFT WHITE)

Filling

2 eggs and 2 tbsp. milk
1 tin medium asparagus (drained)
