Method
Pour water and milk over mealy meal
Add ghee and salt
Mix well
Add flour and knead well
Divide into 8 balls
Roll out in 200mm(9")dia Blanch with oil and flour
Fold and Roll again,
Brush with oil and in fry lightly on both sides in hot pan

1 tbsp. Ghee or cooking oil
1 cup boiling water (- 2 tbsp.)
2 tbsp. milk
pinch of salt
