Method

Sauce
In a hot chafing dish add butter, and grated ricotta cheese, when melted rub in bread crumbs and oregano, when it bubbles add grated Parmesan.

Pasta
Drop pasta into large quantity of rapidly boiling salted water with a drop of olive oil on top of the water
While preparing sauce keep checking pieces of pasta for - al dente

When cooked drain well and pour  the hot sauce over the hot pasta, mix by heaping with two forks over a flame just for a moment and serve.

White Ricotta cheese
Crisp bread crumbs
