TUNA QUICHE

Method
PASTRY
Crush biscuits and mix with melted Marge
Add cayenne and line pie dish

FILLING
Cook onion, tomato and garlic till tender
Add basil oregano and flaked tuna
Beat eggs and milk and salt and pepper and cayenne to taste and mix WELL.

Pour into pastry case and cook + 20 min at 350 deg F.

Pastry
1 pkt   cheddar biscuits
60-100ml  Marge
2.5ml   cayenne pepper

FILLING

  • 1 can tuna (solid pack)
    2 eggs
    1 small tin ideal milk
    1 chopped onion and tomato
    garlic to taste
    3 ml basil
    3 ml oregano
    grated cheese
    salt and pepper
    cayenne pepper
