FRUIT COCKTAIL CAKE 
       METHOD 
      
      
     Cake 
      Mix together base ingredients till smooth and pour into 9 x 13" dish
      
    Bake at 300 deg F for 45 min  
    While this is cooking prepare topping (see below)  
     
      
    Topping 
    Mix sugar & milk and bring to the boil   Remove
    the cake from oven, leave in the dish & whilst hot pour over the topping
    , then sprinkle with coconut  Also

     Topping 
    1 cup sugar  
    435 g tin ideal milk  Desiccated
