METHOD (Speed
is the name of the game)
Sift dry ingredients.
Rub in butter,
Make a well and pour in liquid , mix to a soft dough.
Turn out onto a floured surface kneed lightly and pat out 15 mm thick,
Cut into squares to your liking, place on a greased baking tray,
glaze with milk,
Bake @ 500 deg F for 12 min.
Serve with salted butter, whole strawberry Jam and lashings of thick
whipped cream.
