CONFECTIONER'S CREAM
METHOD
Mix cornflower to paste with a little of the milk
Boil remainder of milk
Pour it over cornflower, mix to a smooth paste
Bring to the boil and cook for 3 min
Cool in freezer
Cream margarine and sugar whisk together with cooled ingredients
add vanilla and chill again.
Fold in the beaten egg whites.
