METHOD
Prepare cooked pastry case by lining a pie dish with short pastry,
sprinkling with rice, and cooking in oven until pastry is golden brown.

Mix egg yolks and sugar together
Add vanilla essence
Add flour and Maizena one tbsp. at a time
Bring milk to boiling point
Add mixture to milk and continue stirring until custard thickens.
Pour into prepared short pastry case Grate nutmeg on top
and allow to cool.
Refrigerate and serve.
